The Titan Vaper 41185 Gasless Wire Feed MIG Welder features an easy-to-use gasless flux-core design for the beginning welder. It is perfect for light-duty repairs, maintenance, and fabrication on light-gauge steel around the home, workshop, or garage. The Vaper 41185 can weld up to 1/8″ thick mild steel, operates on 120 volt single-phase power, has an amperage range of 60-90 amps, and uses 0.030″ to 0.035″ diameter flux-core wire. A thermal overload protector automatically shuts off the welder when the duty cycle is exceeded and it is fan-cooled for better performance. The Vaper 41185 gasless wire feed MIG welder includes a welding shield, welding hammer, brush, sample spool of flux-core wire, cold contractor MIG torch, and welding cable.
